## User Manual

### The StoresAce Help Center introduces a new feature in addition to the existing audiovisual supports: the User Manual.

A compendium of the key features from an operational standpoint, primarily focused on Movements, becomes an intuitive tool for easy reference. It provides a step-by-step description of the operational capabilities of the platform, serving as a powerful aid for users who may have any doubts regarding these modules.

Give your employees the ability to perform any type of movement, from creating an Order to conducting Warehouse Inventory, with a quick and concise reading of the User Manual.

This facilitates immediate work and enables mass editing of information with a simple step, including:

- Contact details

## Movements

### Inventories - Multiple Units Counting Definition

To align with the operational reality of our clients, especially in cases where items are purchased in units different from the configured stock unit in their profile, StoresAce has developed a new method for counting items in Inventories.

To make counting easier, whenever you click on a row of an item to edit its quantities, the item will display the Default, Purchase, Stock, and Logistics units, as well as any units configured in its Cardex that already have registered movements. This provides a list of different counting units, allowing you to simply enter the quantities.

The same process can be found in the Excel import files for Inventories, which will be pre-filled with the necessary counting units for each eligible unit.

### Blocking of Sale Items and Restriction of Units in Stock Movements

To prevent Sale items from being inadvertently added to Stock Movements or to restrict the units that were configured in the documents from being changed in the movements, you can now set up this restriction directly in the different document types under Configurations > Documents > Stock Docs.

## Reports

### Customization of Time Periods

To adapt to specific analysis needs of predefined periods such as lunches, dinners, peak hours, etc., StoresAce now allows direct configuration of these periods in Configuration> Application > Parameters. This customization enables more accurate and tailored reporting based on specific timeframes.

![image](media://25d56844-94b0-439a-a148-265c81fbec36)

This setting allows for the analysis of defined periods in three areas of the application:

- Periodic Distribution reports and Customer Periodic Distribution reports.

- Sales Evolution graph available in the Dashboard, selecting the Daily - Periods option.
- Sales App, specifically in the "Sales by Period" report available in the Store analysis reports.

### Grouping by Category or Family

A new filtering element has been introduced that allows information to be grouped by Category or Family of items in reports more easily, without the need to create listing groups. This feature enables a more immediate and streamlined way to analyze data based on Categories or Families, providing better insights and organization in the reports.

### Sales > Management > Sale Price Changes

This new development allows you to consult the changes in PVP values per article over a given period, indicating the percentage of change, indicating the date and time of the change and the user who made the change.

![image](media://5b14c643-a5c8-4c62-af38-0d630d651b9b)

Allows to know the evolution of the Sale Price of the items in chronological order, including all the changes made and not just the latest one, allowing for the analysis of different types of changes:

- Complete: shows all the changes in the period.
- Minimum: presents, grouped by item, the Minimum Price in each Sale Price Range (Price 1, Price 2, ...)
- Maximum: presents, grouped by item, the Maximum Price in each RRP Range (Price 1, Price 2, ...)
- Averages: presents, grouped by item, the Average Price in each RRP Range (Price 1, Price 2, ...)

### Purchases > Management > Supplier Cardex

New report that allows you to analyze the cardex of items associated with a store, by Supplier. It allows to identify in a cardex of a supplier, which items of each store.

### Purchases > Stocks > Stock Control

New report that allows a view of stocks (to date) of items in your Default unit, and the corresponding conversions for the Stock and Logistics units.

According to what is parameterized as the value of Minimum and Maximum Stock per warehouse will be analyzed, thus allowing to establish whether it is below or above the determined values, and also the amount of deviation from these values.

### Purchases > Stocks > En-Route

This report presents items with quantities and Units that are in transit.

"En-route" means Exit Transfers that have not yet been received at the Destination, that is, the associated Entry Transfer has not been created (or closed).

This allows you to determine differences and stock shortages that exist when there are Outgoing transfers that have not yet been registered as Inflows.

### Ratios > F&B > Direct Costs

It is intended with this new report to know the cost of items that are inventoried (update stock) but that do not enter in any technical sheet , given the respective percentage weight in the total value of sales.

The Direct Cost is a referential value of the percentage of weight of this type of items, which are necessarily used for the sale of the final product, but that do not enter its technical sheet, and allows to realize how much of the value of Real HR % is attributable to Direct Costs.
