## Suppliers

### Copy of Suppliers

As was already allowed in other entities in StoresAce, in order to facilitate the creation of new Suppliers, the Vendor Copy feature was introduced, that allows you to create a new Provider in one step or copy the attributes of an existing Provider to another.

## Items

### Labels: select Period of Price Changes

By selecting a label template that contains the "Price" element, you can select a date range for analysis of items that within that period have had price changes, making it so that items that are in this condition are automatically selected for printing, simplifying the process of selecting items for insertion in Price Labels.

### Labels: Printing of Price without VAT

When defining Label elements in your templates, if the "Price" element is selected, the additional selection of the element detailing the price with or without VAT will be allowed, in order to make the presentation of price values more flexible.

### Labels:  item code represented by QRCode

When defining Label elements in your templates, if the "Item Code" element is selected, it becomes possible to define whether the code will be in text format or in QR code, which is assigned automatically and associated with the item code.

### Add Prices in all Tables

When editing Item Prices directly from the item page, and to prevent items from being left without pricing in existing price lists, the Price List selection field is now multiple choice, allowing editing in multiple available tables:

### Upload Stock Minimum/Maximum

To easily editing of Minimum and Maximum Stock values of items, there is now an Excel import mechanism of these values, allowing the editing of stock values in the Stock unit of the selected items. This mechanism can be found under General > Items.

## Movements

### Orders: manual status marking as "Satisfied Manually"

In some specific cases, such as an item purchased by weight, in which the quantity delivered may not correspond exactly to the quantity ordered (because they are items with a weight that can be variable)the difference between the quantity ordered and the quantity delivered will always show differences.

In this way, and so that orders that present these expected differences can be handled, it is possible to manually resolve these differences, and place an order in these conditions as being resolved, it is allowed to ignore the quantities of pending items of delivery.

### Orders and Transfers: validation of existing stock

When preparing an Order or a Transfer, you can validate the stock of the entered items, which makes an automatic stock validation of items in the store associated with the movement, offering a succinct view of current stocks and the quantities of items to be entered in the movements can be changed.

## Picking

### Justified Inputs and Outputs

In Picking App it is now possible to create Justified Entries and Exits, in the image of what was already possible with the other movements.

### Remove Lines from Documents

When using Picking App, it is now possible to remove lines of movements that have been inserted by mistake or that should be disregarded.

## Reports

### Purchases > Rankings > Families / Subfamilies / Items

New report for analysis of purchases by Families / Subfamilies, with detail of Item and quantities.

### Purchases > Operations > Internal Orders

New report for analysis of operations of the Internal Order type, with summary view of the movements, by warehouse, with details of items and quantities ordered and transferred.

### RH > Attendance

Report that allows to present the attendance data of employees, by store, with the total value of hours and minutes in each record.
