Purchase Indicators


New indicators have been added to provide a clearer and more immediate overview of purchasing managers' tasks.

Information is now displayed on the stocks of items that are negative and below the defined minimum. It is now possible to check the day’s orders that have not yet been registered, those awaiting approval, and the deliveries scheduled for today.

# Analytics App: Push Notifications

In this update, we have added the ability to activate Push Notifications in our Analytics App. Now, users have the option of receiving instant notifications whenever a credit note is issued, or a sale is canceled. With this update, we provide users with a convenient way to stay up to date about store activities, allowing for a quick response when it is needed.

# App Analytics: Sales per Zone Filter 

# Sales per Zone Filter

We have introduced a new filter per Zone in Analytics App. Users can now filter sales based on specific zones. With this update, we offer our users a finer control over the data displayed, allowing them to focus on sales related to zones.

# Sales APP | Allow to Select Display Mode 

It has been added a new icon on page title, allowing an easy switching between different displays.

By clicking on this title, users will be presented with a drop down menu, offering several display options: Brands, Countries, Stores Group and Stores.

In addition, in the same drop down menu, we have introduced the ability of list and group data by Dynamic attributes from stores.

# Weather Information

It is presented now an indicator with a weather forecast in three keys elements in application in the Analytics App, on the Home Dashboard, and in the Budget Module. This indicator is always displayed for a specific day and store.

# Picking Application

## APP Picking + HACCP: Alert and Label Consultation expires today

In order to extend the abilities on the Picking App, users with an activated HACCP module, users have now a new option “Expiration Control” option, allowing them to consult the number of labels expiring today or soon directly from this screen. Similar to the HACCP Dashboard, users can display labels' details and mark them as expired. Also, it is possible to print labels directly through this option, offering a complete and practical solution for expiry management during items' validating deadlines.


# Sales without FEEs (Articles Excluded from Totals)

For business management, it is crucial to analyze whether turnover, but not due to commissions and fees, since these do not represent net profit and have to be reimbursed. To this end, we have developed a new user filter that allows sales data to be displayed, excluding items that represent commissions and fees.

We can define an item as FEE by activating the “Exclude from Sales Totals?*” option in the properties Tab of the item’s tab.

# Campaigns

## Timeline

In order to have a more comprehensive view of activities, a more robust Timeline has been developed on the loyalty campaign page. This strengthens the auditory capacity, making it easier to monitor changes to campaigns. In this Timeline, it is now possible to track various types of changes, such as the creation and editing of campaigns, the type of redemption, and the provision or removal of stores.

# Reports

## Analytical Differential Report | New Credit Note Column

In order to simplify the identification of credit notes associated with settlement documents, we have improved the Differential Analysis Report by adding two new columns (Code and References Document Number).

These columns provide specific information that makes locating and understanding the associated credit notes more efficient and intuitive.
