The Reports Module is where all the information collected in StoresAce can be grouped and consulted, grouped under reports that condense the information according to pre-defined analysis assumptions.

The reports are divided into seven main categories reporting directly to the type of information collected, processed and demonstrated:

- **Sales**: compile all information related to Sales
- **Purchases**: compile all information related to Purchases
- Ratios: dynamic analyses of management factors such as Markup, Profits, Costs and Expenses
- **Entities**: details about the entities
- **HACCP**: compile all food safety and operational information
- **Loyalty**: compile all information related to loyalty actions and customers
- **RH**: compiles information related to human resources, including attendance

## Report Search

To search for reports that suit the needs you are looking to analyze, in addition to the structure presented in the menu bar, you can, using the application’s Global Search Bar, use keywords or #hashtags that are directly related to the topic or focus of the report.

## Scheduling of Reports

You can schedule release reports, which can be emailed to a predefined email address.

The scheduling of reports allows that in an automatic way, reports are selected by store, which at specific times will generate analysis data and send the results.

These can be created from the Configurations > Reports > Send Email menu by clicking ADD.

## Report Analysis

It is in the header of the reports that we have the main filters to apply to the analysis data, which can be, for example, the date, the store, families and categories of items, and by clicking "+Filters" we have access to more filtering options.

In addition to filters, reports in StoresAce allow you to organize information in other ways, such as sorting columns, applicable by applying in the header of them. It is possible to apply up to 4 sorting rules.

In the data table of the reports, through the orange sprocket it is still possible to use more tools for organizing the analysis data.

- **Collapse**: collapses the different selected groups that are expanded
- **Expand**: expand the different selected groups that are collapsed
- **Reset Original Settings**: resets all original list view and sort settings
- **Filters**: manages the filters that have been applied in the listing itself, in the search fields; allows you to save the view form and delete it

- **Export**: exports the information contained in the table, in its entirety or with the filters/groups that are applied

- **Group**: groups information according to the defined criteria

The Group tool facilitates the visualization of information by dividing it by certain factors, according to which groupings can be created, which are related to the report being analyzed.

The grouping tool allows you to create multiple groupings in the "Manage/Create Group" window, and you can use the blue icon to add groups and the orange to remove them.

## Stores Filter

The reports in StoresAce allow the query and analysis of results for one or several stores, to facilitate the consultation of information, and it is also possible to search for Brand to facilitate the selection of a set of stores.

For users who perform multiple queries to a common set of stores, these can be directly selected in the User Filter (note that until new configuration of the same, the user will only have access to data from selected stores).
