The label functionalities are found in the Tools menu and are divided into two parts: **Labels Templates** and **Labels Print**. These submenus allow the creation, editing, and printing of label templates.

Labels Templates

A label template is a design of the label that establishes a relationship of dimensions, printing parameters, the constituent elements, as well as the movements in which it can be printed.

**Name**: label template name (displayed in the template selection for printing).

**Description**: label template description.  
**Active**: defines if the template is available for use in printing.

**Print Document's Quantities**: with this option enabled, when printing labels from a movement, the same number of labels will be automatically printed, taking into account the quantity values of each item.  
**Rotation**: during printing, rotates the label 90 degrees clockwise.  
**Type of Paper**: defines the paper used in printing (Roll, A4, A5).  
**Paper Layout**: defines the paper orientation (landscape, portrait).

**Roll Printer**: with this option enabled, in cases where the element's dimension varies, they are always printed continuously without overlapping. In these cases, the element's height is ignored, and the top margin considers the end of the last label, not the top of the label.

**Top Margin / Side Margin**: margin limits where elements can be added, defined in centimeters.  
**Height / Width**: label dimensions, defined in centimeters.

**Labels Print / Loyalty Campaigns / HACCP**: if active, allows label template printing from the tools.  
**Deliveries / Transfers / Production / Internal Orders**: if active, allows label template printing from the movements.

### Preview

This section aims to facilitate the visualization of the label design before printing. It's possible to select the item and store for which the template's visualization is intended. To locate the limits of the elements on the label template, the "Show Limits" option, when active, displays the element limits in the preview window without a link to printing.

Template Elements

The label elements are a set of attributes added to the template so that it contains the desired information. For each element, its relationship in the design space of the label must be defined, setting in centimeters the Top Margin, Side Margin, Height, and Width fields. It's also possible to configure Font Size, Style and Alignment in the element editing window.

Labels Print

The labels print submenu allows, through the selection of a label template, to start label printing for one or several items. By clicking on "+ Label", it's possible to add items for label printing and add information about the elements to be printed, such as batch and date, as well as the quantity of labels to be printed in the column.

The preview window shows the label to be printed, and the user can view other items through the "Options".

Printing of Sale Prices Labels

According to the defined models, if the model selected for printing includes the element Price, in the label printing we can select the date period and table, so that are identified the articles that have undergone Sale Prices modifications, Identify the need to print labels.

On these, we can activate the filter "With Stock?" that will filter among the identified items those items that have stock on the date of printing.

Label Printing in Production Movements

To print labels for the items of a specific movement, if the label template is configured this way, it's possible to print labels from the movement using the Options Sidebar by selecting "Create Labels".
