A User is a person or entity with access to stores**ace**. Users may have different levels of access to information and functionalities, depending on the permissions assigned to them.

A Permission Group is a set of permissions assigned to a specific group of users. These permissions determine which actions a user can perform regarding certain tools or functionalities of the application, and which data they can access.

**Username**: description assigned to the user that will be shown at login.

**Permission Groups**: selection of the permission group(s) assigned to the user.
**Brands**: selection of the badge(s) the user will have access to. Once selected, the user will have visibility over the stores linked to those badges.
**Stores**: for a more restricted view, users can be given access only to one store or a selection of stores, which can be configured in this field.

## **Query Restriction**

The query restriction allows limiting the time frame of the information the user can access, specifying that they cannot access data prior to the Start Date and/or after the End Date.

It is important to note that all changes made to a permission group’s configuration are automatically applied to all users belonging to that group.

### Side Options in Permission Groups

Within the permission group being created or edited, on the right-hand side there is an Options menu that allows performing different actions related to the creation, copying, importing, and exporting of permission groups.
