StoresAce stands out for its ease and speed in searching, presenting, and identifying essential business management information. The simplicity, clarity, and consistency in presenting this information are crucial. The new view available in the Purchases submenu offers a comprehensive overview with customization options, including filtering, grouping, sorting, reordering, resizing, and hiding columns, inline value editing, and exporting.

The information presented maintains its relationship with existing elements and entities in StoresAce. Text elements highlighted in blue are clickable and direct you to their respective pages.

## Rows

The listings view in StoresAce allows for inline editing of certain values. To edit a cell, double-clicking on it activates the value input. To apply the same value to multiple rows, you can drag from the bottom-right corner of the cell to replicate the values across the selected cells.

For cells with selectable values, double-clicking activates the editing, with available options displayed.

To edit more details, the edit window remains accessible with a single click.

Rows are organized into pages based on the defined "Page Size." To view more results per page, this size can be increased from 15 to 500 rows. The field to the right of this displays the total number of rows, as well as the total number of pages where the rows are grouped.

This organization allows for a more efficient navigation, and the current page number and total pages are displayed to indicate the segment being viewed.

## Columns

StoresAce listings support extensive column customization, including sorting, resizing, and applying sorting and filtering conditions.

Clicking on a column header allows you to drag and reposition it within the table, or remove it by dragging it outside the layout.  
Through the side menu "Columns," it is possible to reactivate the visualization of hidden or even deleted columns from the table view and change the order in which they are presented.

Clicking on the headers also applies sorting rules: the first click assigns the rule, the second click reverses the order, and a third click removes the applied sorting rule.

Multiple sorting rules can be applied to the listings. The priority of these rules is indicated by a numbering displayed in the header of each column.

For clearer and more efficient information reading, columns are resizable by dragging the divider in the header. Double-clicking on the divider adjusts the column to fit the content.

The side options include tools to Auto Resize and Adjust Width:  
**Auto Dimension:** Adjusts columns to display all information without hiding or overlapping.  
**Fit Dimension:** Ensures all columns fit on the screen without needing to scroll horizontally.

### Additional Options

Each column offers a set of additional options, accessible through the  option, displayed in the column header when hovering over it.

## Filters

Besides the filtering options available in the column headers, you can apply multiple filters to identify information based on defined conditions.

## Options

The new listing view includes a set of additional options available in the sidebar:

There are sections in StoresAce where the sidebar options are hidden by default (e.g., Initial Dashboard), however, it is possible to activate it with a right-click, and the additional options will be displayed to be applied to the respective table.

### Remove

It acts on the rows previously selected in the table to remove them entirely. This action is not reversible.  
Removal can be done through the "Options" panel by selecting  or by right-clicking and selecting the removal option.

### Export

It presents the various formats available for exporting the information contained in the table. Once selected, the prompt “**Do you want to export all registers?**” allows us to choose to export all the table information by selecting “**YES**” or “**NO. ONLY VISIBLE ONES**” considering the applied filters.

### Update

Updates the table to display the most recent data.

### Columns

Adjusts column width according to content or screen size with Auto Dimension and Fit Dimension options.  
  
**Auto Dimension:** Adjusts the columns to ensure all information is displayed without hiding or overlapping.

**Fit Dimension:** Adjusts the column size so that all columns are displayed on the screen without needing to scroll horizontally.

### Groups

The Grouping tool creates data groups based on column information, with options to collapse and expand groups for a summarized or detailed view.

The **Group Panel **activates the group panel at the top of the table. Columns can be dragged here to define groupings:  
**Collapse:** Collapses the expanded groupings for a more summarized view.  
**Expand:** Expands the collapsed groupings for a more detailed view.

### Filters

For efficient management of filters applied directly to headers or through the "Filters" menu, the following actions are available:

###### <span style="color: #ffffff">New filter</span>

**Clean Filter:** Removes all filters applied to the table.  
**New Filter:** Using the filters applied to the table at the time of its configuration, the "New Filter" option allows you to save and name the set of filters applied for future use.

### Search

Shows/hides the search bar under the table header, enabling searches within the table's columns.

### Reset Settings

Resets the table to its original settings, removing all applied sorting conditions and filters.
